The Wildlife Society has two headquarter hotels for our Annual Conference in Milwaukee.  We have contracted room blocks with the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee and the Hilton Milwaukee City Center.  These exclusive room blocks offer you the most choices, at the best rates, with the most accurate, real-time availability of rooms.  Accessing the links below is the only way The Wildlife Society can protect our group room block, so be sure to book your hotel room today.

Why book inside the room block?

In order to keep registration prices low to our attendees, The Wildlife Society has negotiated room blocks at selected hotels near the Delta Center. Actualizing those room blocks are the only way The Wildlife Society receives the benefits we need to produce the annual conference.

When you book outside of the block (or by using third party websites), your hotel room does not count toward our total room block, and does not help us get closer to our goal.  Additionally, by booking with the official housing block you gain these benefits:

  2. Official hotels are organization-endorsed and inspected.

Air Travel

In addition to hotel room blocks, The Wildlife Society has also partnered with these airlines to bring conference attendees exclusive discounts in getting to and from Milwaukee.  You can also fly into or out of Chicago and Madison and get a discounted airfare.

Delta

Delta is offering a discount to conference attendees when using the Meeting Event Code NMFYC. Reservations and ticketing is available at Delta’s website. Enter NMFYC in the Meeting Event Code box. Reservations can also be made by calling Delta Meeting Reservations at (800) 328-1111, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m – 7 p.m. CT. Be sure to mention the code. Note: there is a direct ticketing fee for booking through the reservation telephone number.

United Airlines

Car Rental
